  • Oct 12, 2025

I'll agree about the Down For You/Love The Way joints being the weakest on here, I like the beat tho. Album is nice but I think the Slick Rick is still my favorite out of the Legend Has It series so far. S*** is just too fun lol

Tyler, Pharrell sabotaging Legend, Stove not getting a verse but a weak chorus instead

Energy was whatever but the verse just had way too many corny bars

“Call me Mr. Brella how I weather the storm”

“ F40, 3 milly, I peel off like an orange”

    “ I'm not a tough guy
I'm a Flower Boy, them bees get you stung
    Oh, nah, nah, nah
Yeah, they will buzz for me”

Also, Stove is known for killing features, not really choruses.

Idk bout that, every Stove god hook I
heard he killed. This my favorite one

I think it would’ve been dope if they got a Roc feature on this actually

Def not disappointing lmao. A little overrated? Sure I mean it’s not a 10/10 like Fantano said. But people also overexaggerate how bad the P hooks are on the album. It’s not enough to take the album below an 8/10 at worst, especially when Pusha and Malice are rapping in top form and the beats are generational.

    Wouldn’t say the production’s “generational”

“So Be It” & “F.I.C.O” only beats that I’d consider great.

Push & Malice may have the greatest rap performances of the decade thus far though
