Horrible take
Only die hard Ye Stans rank Yeezus that high, I never hear anyone in real life bring that up when it comes to Kanye album rankings lol
I’m aware it’s a “cult classic”, no denying that.

its on the same level as his best work to me
does it really make sense to do rankings/comparisons of albums like graduation and Yeezus, which are trying to do completely diff things

Good point
Sonically/musically I prefer Graduation but Yeezus has dope moments too throughout the album.

Maybe when it first dropped but as the general sound of Hip Hop has embraced that harder sound it's more common then cult.
It's like how it use to be weird to hear people list Tyler or Weeknd old music as inspiration but enough time has passed where that isn't weird cause the kids who listened to it are adults now.
More kids growimg up now associate Ye with Yeezus and Pablo then Graduation and the dropout era stuff really cause those were the eras they actually saw.
