But you could argue drake/kanye or whovever you see fit being the mj of hip hop specifically. Like i’ve heard someone say eminem is like the beatles of hip hop.

Maybe not in America but he's a global icon. Nigga sold millions of albums in China and s***.
Ed Sheeran has big songs but he's kinda elusive.
Drake has the hits but the catalog isn't comparable to MJ at all.
