I love Amax but Kilo is more reliable imo and you get more ammo in a clip

Far as I'm aware, penetration shots SHOULD always be reduced damage and for sure was the case in the older games but at the same time, this game has made some strange decisions so who knows. I'd be surprised though cuz FMJ or whatever it's called in this game would be pointless. But you could be also right that they just f***ed up cuz there are definitely attachments they have patched before because they caused unintended effects.
