I genuinely feel bad for the zoomers who are coming of age right now with all of that toxic s*** and these dumbass grifters giving them awful "tips" to "get chicks".

Back in high school (this was like at least a decade ago) I got into the "Pick Up Artist" community but it was so much smaller and really a tiny fraction of what these "manosphere" communities are nowadays.

Not only that but the content was mostly just free tips on how to improve your social skills, be more friendly, confident, and funny. None of that stuff ever revolved around being toxic as s*** to other people or hating women like it is now.

Looking back that stuff genuinely helped me socially around girls at the time. Eventually stopped paying attention to it or whatever.

Something happened because now all these guys you hear about (on the front pages of the internet - not like you're deliberately searching this trash up) are just grifting. Admittedly, I don't pay attention to this stuff, but from what people say there's probably no good information in what they talk about.

It makes no sense why they have such cult like support.

They basically want their men to be like the men in the movies. Buff, manly, dominant, but also extremely respectful and submissive to the woman. It’s unrealistic just like how men want a submissive, slim, super beautiful woman that is “innocent”. It’s an unrealistic idea as well. The difference is that feminists want to dismantle that expectation from men yet still want their dream guy and essentially imply men need to work to be that. It’s heavily hypocritical

Admittedly; SimplePickup (which was what I was talking about) was basically a community about improving your social skills with women. It doesn't even come close to the stuff people link on this site about Andrew Tate or whatever.

Not once were they ever preaching to their audience about all this crazy s*** these "Red Pill Men" do now.
