The worst data harvesters are the brand you're loyal to. They track you everywhere so that you buy more
Also credit card companies and banks sell your entire purchase history at stores. This data is mined to cross reference your real life purchases to your digital identity
Each phone has a unique UDID for example. Much more useful than the old cookie model
