Over the years I just keep coming back to this show. Having dealt with extreme bouts of depression through my life, I not only find the material disturbing and nihilistic but also extremely poignant. I don’t think the network has aired anything as dour as “Alone” since. Ive seen conflicting reports on what was the final nail in the coffin as far as airing the show, wether it was earlier mentioned episode or a proposed unmade episode titled “Raped”, but it was clear that the story being told throughout not only S3 but the whole show up to that point was unfinished. I truly wish it got the run it deserves, and I think it can be considered ahead of its time especially with a resurgence of animated tragicomedies over the years. I’ve seen it gain some traction here and there but nothing that pushes it deeper into the mainstream, but I really hope this show never falls into obscurity. There’s still so much to appreciate and delve into its themes after all these years.

Great show. it’s all on yt I think. Quick watch. A bit too real at some points tho. The Christmas episode was wild.

Used to watch this show a lot as preteen lol which is kinda f***ed. Good show in the prime of adult swim tho. I worked in the building it and robot chicken was created in recently for some time

What a downfall

I originally thought it weird because he played the gay cop in arrested development, but adding this in in as well is really f***ing with my head

I read apparently he had disagreements with the themes and direction of s3 and decided to step away from the show entirely, his only involvement in s3 is voicing Joe but all the other characters he voiced got recast

watching the show as it was released and in story wise order feel so different

The last season of Moral Orel was one of my favorite seasons of any show. So revealing, complex and creatively structured.
