I'm on a 3 day streak or whateva I don't think of it as a streak but simply a minimal lifestyle change. 30 degrees outside and I'm wearing protective gear but I might as well this quarantine is a good time to build habits.

Sometimes I run in the morning, sometimes I run in the afternoon. I think I prefer afternoon tho or evening like because then I get back after I expending that much energy and I actually feel tired. I have a problem of staying up too late so this combats that
damn i was planning on starting to do this, this week
was running 2-3 mornings a week during summer. I'm at 1 morning a week now with the cold weather.
