I think some of the third act could have been executed better yes

you will see once you guys beat it.

Its fun but definitely slight tweaks could have been made to make it what they wanted it to be execution wise

It is a dope idea and a lot of effort went into Combining characters to the point I wish they would be playable , in Invasions or unlockable skins. Me personally I think it would have been crazy if the multiverse was some direct fights that played and looked like the old games too. Like embrace the inevitable nostalgia . S\*\*\* sneak a 3D fight in there too. Just go all the way in to create a true love letter to the 30 years.

Just gonna watch a combo vid on all characters and pick the one with the most swag

Honestly my favorite roster since 9 and maybe ever.

I kind of figured the story might be a bit wonky. The games aren't known for having a fire story.

But it's still cool. I love MK. Other fighting games just don't grip me the same way.

I wish they could give this multiverse s*** up though.

i wanted an invasions node that looked and played like mk9, kombat kart , mini games , more lore and less just fight nodes. Also to bring the camera in more

The story mode gave these characters a lot of depth in the first couple chapters. These characters felt very grounded, and it was a nice change of pace from what we’re are used to in the genre.

But then the story kind of takes a dive around chapter 6ish, and never picks back up again. There’s a lot of nonsense going on in the last couple chapters, but maybe we’ll get another DLC story mode to patch things up? All in all, another MK story mode complete
