I don't know why you would take one engineer's word on this. These bomb1st, 2pac forum interviews always have people that exaggerate or put there own spin on s*** for attention. I've seen 5 interviews with 5 different people and they all have different "definite" reasons to why Dre left deathrow.
All of 2pacs recordings were archived and dated. They went back and added to them. Very few to none are actually fake. The fake ones aren't recognised by the estate as actual recordings

All those leaks that were produced by Johnny J are 100% real. He even remixed most of them for the retail versions. They sound exactly like 95/96 Pac and the production fits perfectly too. Maybe they touched some of the retail versions up with The Realist but they didnt fake whole songs. No way man

Listen to what the engineers said , i believe them. His vocals sound way different and deeper on all the albums that came out after his death
