Expand on this because Drogas Wave incredible but I think I prefer T&Y too

I know people clown it but I LOVE Down esp the hook

So many standouts though

The production on T&Y was more luxurious and s*** but Drogas Wave has more emotional depth to me personally, I am more moved by it (maybe I need to give T&Y another listen tho)

Plus Lu co produced most of the album and went back to working with Soundtrakk

Feels like a more intimate listen Idk

Better production, hooks and a better executed concept. The slaves sinking slave ships concept gets dropped halfway through the album, Goo

Yeah but f*** it, the songs are still amazing

True indeed, Tetsuo & Youth is just better

Until a song on T&Y makes me cry Idk about all that

Listened to Everythings For Sale by Westside Boogie today, that album deserves more love.

Not saying it's not there with Drogas because it absolutely is but T&Y has a ton of emotional depth as well, just through a different concept and construction which makes a ton of sense with an artist like Lupe
