How can I do this while not deleting my drum sounds and beats
Just copy and paste elsewhere? Would it delete everything on the drive?

A few months back I think they hacked my youtube and uploaded random gaming clips lol
Reformat your drive, change all your passwords afterwards and put 2-factor authentication on everything, and contact banks and s*** if you were logging in through your PC or you keep info in files. They are almost 100% logging your keystrokes, so they've gained access to passwords.
This type of virus is called a RAT (Remote Access Trojan), and can really f*** up your s***.

cyber security the move
listen to this man
I thought this was about a dead animal mouse and a new zombie disease.
Disappointed
I make beats and have downloaded a lot of questionable software, turned off anti virus and made exceptions for a lot of keygens
Yesterday I came back to my computer sitting their idle but my mouse was moving trying to click stuff and a window for “Remote Desktop” was open (I didn’t open it) and it only wasn’t running bc “my desktop isn’t compatible”
Ran two Malware scans and a deep Windows Defender offline scan and nothing popped up
What are some steps I can take to protect my stuff? Mainly my webcam and sensitive info is all I’m worried about and of course my music files
I guess do a system restore

Damn
I constantly get remote email notifications and someone tried to set up auto bill pay to a random person a few months ago but my bank blocked it
Reformatting the drive will fix the problem or I should still take it to someone?
Disconnect from the internet and go into your programs (Start > search ‘uninstall’ > add/remove programs) and look for the remote software.
Even if you have to comb through every program name, find it and get rid of it ASAP. Then you can assess the damage if any.
Might just be the actual mouse itself not working properly
Nvm that remote desktop sh*t is sus

It depends on how severe the RAT is. If you don't feel comfortable doing it yourself, I'd bring it in to a trusted shop, but a reformat is easy.
Only a tiny, tiny amount of rootkits are able to create a hidden parititon/get into mbr/gpt, so a reformat would almost definitely clear it.

Anything that you don’t recognize I’d say to go ahead and uninstall tbh

Also be sure to pay attention to the date the program was installed and what type of file it is (.exo’s like dude above said)
