You’re gonna suffer when we get more of that but musical
Gonna try my hardest to pretend that's not happening
“You’re gonna wanna see this”
mf just tell them what it is before they see it
Every line in this movie.
Agreed, movie is very corny. And the fact that the whole Andrew Tate movement has embraced it just further proves that.
“He’s looking at you kid”
"If that plane leaves the ground and you're not with him, you'll regret it. Maybe not today. Maybe not tomorrow, but soon and for the rest of your life."
My least favorite is “so you’re telling me..” followed by the characters literally explaining what’s happening so the audience can comprehend what they’re watching
Insulting to my mental capacity

De Niro was good in the scene but Joaquin's character was pretty insufferable by that point. I liked the scene where he kills the landlord though. They should've just turned him into a serial killer.

I think they had to make him somewhat sympathetic so that the audience didn't get burned out. The scene where he killed his mom was crazy. Never thought I would see something that dark in a recent popular movie.
