I read this post on Reddit today and it made me realize "younger" people really need a place where they can talk about collecting without old elitists and such.

I just copped a C3 last week open box excellent from Best Buy. Was brand new and never opened

Dialed the picture in and now this s*** is SMACKING

Recently picked up and watched The Mist 4k Steelbook. I honestly don't think I had ever seen the full movie. I am pretty sure I have only seen clips of certain parts and then the ending obviously.

I realized it came with a black and white version of the movie and when googling apparently thats what the director intended? I had to watch that version.

Honestly, some parts looked a little flat but some scenes looked so good. The CGI on the tentacles coming under the metal door don't look very good but besides that the movie looks great.

In terms of the movie itself, it was a little long but REALLY good. I genuinely wanted to reach through the screen and punch the religious lady she was SO annoying. That ending made me cry leading up to it just because I knew.

I heard that some people weren't that big of fans of the steelbook but I actually love the slipcover on it and think its a great steelbook

Yup. I had a Hisense U8G in my room and a TCL 6 Series I bought my mom downstairs but I honestly couldn't take it anymore lmfao. I originally went cheaper bc I didn't have as much money at the time but the blooming was getting to me lol

sniped this for $1215 + tax for the brand new TV and $299 for the 5 year bestbuy warranty. made out like a bandit i cant lie.. i plan on abusing the f*** out of it and hopefully getting burn in throughout year 4 and just getting another TV for free
