One of the best gangster rappers out with a catalog as deep as artists that have been around twice as long.

Dude has carried on the tradition of slang masters from out the Bay like E-40 & Mac Dre and he's authentic.

Wrong era. If he came out in the 90's he'd be at the top of the game

probably up there. i feel like he’s been more lackluster in the past year or so the musics not hitting like it used to. i think leaving sac eventually played a big part in it and not really ever trying a different sound

I think he has his own sound tho.

And his last tape wasnt as deep but it had a bunch of good to great songs.

Hes just not on a major so his profile isnt as high

yeah the spot on the black panther really pushed him as well as 1 up top ahk he had a ton of billboards for that album. i think his growth kind of flatlined there and his reputation in sac rn is kind of mixed because he only comes around for videos and really shows no love to any new upcoming artists from here usually due to different gang affiliations and stuff but still. his growth outside of his community and popularity is still good to see and surprising looking back to like 2015-2016
