Kanye West is the most pretentious a****** I have ever seen. Hipsters are humble compared to this prick. Every “innovative” thing this so-called legend has supposedly created has been done before him. The College Dropout sounds like a Jackson 5 rap album. Autotune has been brought to the mainstream by T-Pain and that is few years before Kanye West even touched it. Yeezus sounds like a s***ty grime album. That’s not to say I hate his music. My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy is a great album. Late Registration and Graduation were good album. The guy was a solid producer and he is a decent rapper, but he no way in hell a genius. Yeezus was the worst album I ever listened to. His collaboration album with Jay Z, Watch The Throne, was garbage. His GOOD Music album was forgettable. His latest album The Life of Pablo was mediocre as f***. It sounds like an unfinished project. There were a few songs that I liked: 30 Hours, No More Parties in LA, Real Friends, Famous. Ultra Light Beam was decent. But it is still a half arsed album. Yet, the critics praised this average album. Kanye made changes to the album. Def Jam called it “An innovative continuous process”. But it comes across as a cynical attempt to increase profit. Nearly everyone would have listened to the original version. Some would have bought it. It is completely pointless. No matter what changes he brings it will still be mediocre.
He is also successful in the fashion industry, despite making some of the s***tiest clothes ever made. Only a bum would wear that his designs. His Yeezys are so bland that he could put s*** all over them and it wouldn’t have made a damn difference. Why the f*** is he seen as a genius or a fashion? Why does he think he is the “number one rock star on the planet” when he has never created anything innovative? I don’t understand it.
