I mean, even if IQ hasn't been disproved or wtv, it still is highly influencable by the context in which the subject has been brought up in.

A group of people who have a hard time receiving basic education and who have to work at a young age instead of learning will for sure have a lower IQ average than a group of wealthy people who didn't have to do anything but study for the first 18 years of their lives. It doesn't mean the former group of people is inately dumber or anything.
