You feel so bad about your relationships with others cause you're not able to put yourself in their shoes so you're just thinking about how you feel

It isn't until you realize

1. They aren't thinking about you in a good or bad way as much as you think
2. Those people are not like you and you need to be around people like you

That you stop feeling bad about that. Or you could flip out on em about it but that never works

I took X**** extended release for a little while, it has no recreational value though and can't really be abused. I stopped it because I suffer more from physical anxiety than mental anxiety most of the time. Klonopin helps physically but mentally not as strong.

do it yourself, wake up early look yourself in the mirror and say it , go for a run , do whatever , the energy you're searching in others find it in yourself , only when you r finally feeling better with yourself , then you will find it in others

I used to take Lexapro before actually for OCD and depression anxiety, I got off though. It stopped working for me

Big difference is Klonopin is a different type of medication for anxiety called a benzodiazepine it's basically a life-saver pill that cures anxiety instantly in 30 mins, but it's super addictive and you can't take it long term.

Gabapentin is an anticonvulsant that acts on a different receptor, I take it for anxiety everyday and switched over to it from Klonopin because it's not addictive and alot safer.
