Cara changed tho. Cara and John the only 2 I can think of that was timid at first then grew into big personalities.

Kyle became the joker about 2 seasons ago and Nelson also was more of a hardcore challenge historian his first few seasons before becoming a walking meme but you make a good point that alot of the changes of challengers are due to maturing over time (and adapting to the times/what to say and not say on camera) as well
