That product of your environment s*** can only excuse so many things. If you in your songs glorifying killing niggas for petty s*** and you get arrested for doing just that, it immediately becomes a lame thing to do if you’re defending that.

There are plenty of people who have come from all types of trauma. S***Abuse, Abuse from their Parents/Caregivers, etc. My Grandmother probably dealt with every sort of abuse you can name, had an absent Dad and a Aggressive Mother and she was still probably the most loving person I've ever known in my life.

At some point you have to own your own bullshit and choose to do better, especially when you are grown.

Some of yall will be quick to forgive a person that murdered, but what about that persons Mother who has to bury their Child, or that person's Kid who has to grow up without a Parent?

As far as I’m concerned, growing up in the ghetto doesn’t excuse murder unless it’s absolutely necessary, like self defense. People glorifying gang culture and/or wanting an unrepentant thug freed just because they make good music make me sick.
