I’ve been seeing ads for these recently alot, they’re not shrooms, but just regular supplements that are mushroom based. Anyone ever try them before or take them? How much has your body performance improved or deteriorated if so?
I’m more curious about the coffee really cause I wanna drink coffee again but I don’t want too much caffeine
A lot of big brands (Host Defense) are a scam basically and don’t contain actual mushroom or barely so. If you can get decent real mushroom supplements they help with alertness a bit but nothing is life changing from them.

i tried lion's mane mushroom before and i really think it works well for memory and mental agility. make sure you get a cheap source for it though, most brands are way up charging people
