I don't think he's terrible now but he was really never the same after Catch Me Outside blew up.

No Mercy is honestly one of my favorite Tip albums.. after King and before Trouble Man. sure it has some bad songs (Amazing, Lay Me Down) but most of them are dope (That's All She Wrote, Strip, Everything On Me) and I love his lyrical content (Castle Walls, Get Back Up, No Mercy). I think it's slept on for absolutely no reason at all.. Tip deserves more credit than what he gets
