What happens if I use a free song from a mixtape in one of my videos

say like Gambino’s 2009 poindexter or 2010 culdesac which were free online before he signed to a label

can his label still take it down or flag the video?

i use music in my vids all the time worst thing happens is demonitized

mixtapes are free since they use uncleared samples, you are able to use it for fair use, but you are not allowed to make money off of uncleared samples, you will most likely be sued by the artist and the artists of the sample
