To me...I was listening to some Ariana Grande and Earthgang and suddenly became very sad/anxious, idk how I actually felt but had to switch the music off because it made me feel so much negative emotions.
I went on Google and apparently Symphonic music helps with that so currently listening to Symphony No. 4 in G Minor by Wolfgang Mozart.
Has anyone ever experienced anything similar to this? Do you know what the cause is?

I just listened to his recent single...I guess the beat makes me feel like I’m in a video game so that’s better than how I felt before lmao
I have a hard time listening to music from my childhood cause my family doesnt exist anymore.
Hard rap music is actually the best for anxiety for me
because it's tuned to 440hz
Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (27 January 1756 – 5 December 1791), baptised as Johannes Chrysostomus Wolfgangus Theophilus Mozart
I’m actually so surprised that this guy got suggested twice in this thread? But what’s crazier is I actually paid attention to his lyrics this time “ and my fists filled with colours bruh, yes I’m fly for real something like doves, I make sure all my b****es feel my love”

I used to go a lot when I was younger before I could really understand the space. I don’t go anymore but I definitely will visit again soon. It’s a beautiful space to find some quiet
and mediate.
Thank you so much for the links to these studies, checking them out!
