Does any one know where to find the billboard rule where it says on streams of the release week count toward sales numbers. Other numbers count toward certification
I donāt think thatās written down somewhere. Most people just know thatās how it work.
Album sales are added from the week the album comes out and after that. Certifications take the streams from every song on the album including the ones that came out before it.
Here are the RIAA rules. I donāt see anything about that on there.
