seeing people run with the "billboard has run the charts narrative" because 6ix9ine said so has been funny af, what actually happened was Ariana stans (like Nicki stans LITERALLY THE WEEK BEFORE WITH SAY SO) went to extreme extents to purchase the single off of both iTunes and physical copies such as CD's witch were lowered to $5 on Thursday

we literally all saw this happen in action last week when the predictions were posted with say so/savage with the last minute massive jump in sales so I think it's kinda weird to assume it's some "illegal" submission of sales, the only fishy thing billboard has done was promote the CDs/bundles in that 1 article

for a 7 song ep that dropped with very little promo it’s not bad

If you scale it to 21 songs and more promo, it equals 60k hypothetically

But this points out another flaw in Billboard. I actually enjoy all 32 songs on Nav’s album but no one should be forced to make such a long album just because they can abuse streaming.

Lets just abolish billboard.
