Since bundles will be discounted in October, I think this is the best formula Billboard can adopt with reweighted streaming.

800 paid streams = 1 sale
2,500 ad-supported streams = 1 sale
3,000 programmed streams = 1 sale

This could increase SEA by as much as 100k+ depending on the artist in question.

I was thinking about how with the absence of bundles, we will only have maybe 5 albums per year with a debut of 200k+. If Billboard keeps the current (broken) formula, an artist would need at least 280-300 million streams just to reach 200k SEA. There's maybe 10 artists who can pull those types of streaming numbers in a week.

Increase the weight of streaming and it will equal that out, while making the chart accurate.
