I have a cousin who visited my city to possibly move here for med school. He's a little older than my brother so I would assume he's around 33-34. He referred his girlfriend to the clinic that I work at to get a prescription for something, which is how I found out about her age (18). I was pretty shocked and thought it could have been a mistake so I did some digging and found her Instagram. She literally graduated HS last year and had photos up. So I asked my cousin how did he meet her and he said both of their parents knew each other and they met in church. And they all know about their relationship.
I thought I was tripping so I asked my mom what she thought and she thinks its pretty f***ing weird. Should I address this?
TLDR; Cousin is 33-34, dating an 18-year-old. Should I address this or just mind my own business
How close are u to ur cousin

Barely fr fr. I spent a couple of summers visiting him when I was younger but I haven't linked up with him like that since then. This is the first time we'll be hanging out in 10+ years

Honestly idk then
If u do address it just make sure u can whoop him
unlikely to change anything but you should set up your phone somewhere recording it and post it here so we can give better advice on how to go about this in the aftermath

Then leave it. Keep your thoughts & opinions to yourself cause it don’t matter if you’re not close.
Drake fans approve of that relationship
Was trying to find the tweet that said that to post it but yeah it doesn't sound good
Especially if you found out through work id mind ya f***in business.
Weird af, and i don't approve, but let the man live his life, its legal albeit scummy.
it bothered u this much that uve gone to such lengths to figure out how to feel about it -- and rightfully so.
the next question is deciding how best to address it and not to expect too much if u go ahead w that; i.e,, nothing changes, anger/fallout, etc.
but id rather do so, than be the people in here or in your family defending such behavior. sometimes Doing The Right Thing is the hardest thing.
To play devils advocate: why is it ok for celebrities to do it but not regular people?
The teenage / 20yo male most likely has a lot of money and pays their own bills. In the reverse scenario, the older dude is always taking care of the younger girl.
I’m okay with age gaps as long as the girl has her own place / car / money / bills and knows how to take care of herself.
not your place guy
go mind your business
You should definitely bring it up at Thanksgiving. You can save her.

you're not weird for thinking about it
but you'd by overstepping your boundaries by confronting him about it, it would do more harm than good
You want her?
Insane age gap
Nah nigga f*** that bro stand on business OP
The one time dirty macking is acceptable, even encouraged.
