Meth really isn’t that different from speed and adderall (besides it being made from pseudoephedrine it methylene vs made in a lab) except for the strength and duration of it. From what I’ve heard it’s like adderall on adderall. So in essence your friend probably feels like he was hit by a truck and can’t sleep or eat but it’ll wear off in due time
