Water GiverI dont think the straights understand how hard it is for most to come out but also i dont think the gays understand how much most women put into relationships
On one hand a mans identity and lifestyle is outted before its time and can have repercussions from bigots while also making him and in turn other gay men look like pieces of s***.
On the otherhand the girl probably now doesnt feel like she is "woman" enough, wasted how ever time of her life in a lie & was against her will for someone else's cover up that was just using her for an image.
I dont think the woman is responsible for his feelings anymore though as he clearly wasnt responsible with hers. As i said before - you can control how you act but you cant control how others react.
In terms of relationships he is more in the wrong. In terms of socially she is more in the wrong, but I dont think its on her to care about him anymore as he clearly didnt care about her (at least enough).
You dont waste a persons life and use them unconsensually. Her life was a lie and wasted in more way than one & now looks like a fool socially & is hurt emotionally.
If he was straight - a similar outcome would of likely occured. Albeit not with the sexuality threats nor an identity being outted.
Dont involve others without their consent. At least be "man" enough to look like a "single loser". You cant have it both ways where everybody will be happy. Although I understand why & get it, overall its still incredibly selfish imo. Him being gay or bi doesnt absolve him of that just like it was a lesbian woman and a straight man - to me.
You hurt someone you have to deal with the outcome. Simple as.
