Do you feel comfortable telling him to talk with a doctor? Because he 100% should. It could be nothing, but it could also be something that is treatable/manageable, and the quicker he seeks help from a medical professional the quicker he’ll be able to get answers and make a plan.

You need to get him help while he's still in the early stages of it. There's a better chance of him having a better outcome when it is detected earlier.
