It’s a Windows 10 Toshiba Satellite c55 and it’s stuck in an automatic repair loop. I have a recovery USB drive but even that won’t work pls help

Take out the hard drive and put a new one in and install windows on that

Did you pull out the cmos battery and hold power button to do a hard reset?

Nah just says “preparing automatic repair”“Diagnosing your pc”, “fixing disc errors” and automatically repeats
I’ve had it on for at least 24 hours and it’s still doing this s***
