I work in an open space office and my manager feels a way when some of the girls from upstairs come down and talk to my and my coworker.

I get it. It's bad optics. But him and I are literally sitting at our desks and they come down to chat with us sometimes. We keep it professional and just kick it.

I thought the whole point of coming into the office was to interact with people?

A few weeks ago he pulled us outside to talk to us about overhearing someone say that the girls had a crush on us and that we needed to watch out, lol. So wack.
