Back when Adidon dropped I thought Pusha OBVIOUSLY won. I never thought my opinion would reverse.

It's true Adidon has a lot of flashy lines to make you think it's hard, but that song has no real disses. Anything truly hard hitting has aged poorly given it's all lies and tabloid bullshit. Aged terribly.

Duppy, on the other hand, takes time to understand just how hard hitting it is. I didn't truly get how amazing it was until the best line hit, "No malice in your heart, you're an approachable dude."

Drizzy calling Pusha an approachable dude is f***ing bonkers. The weight of that line took time to appreciate, but when I really thought about it, it blew my mind.

Push is approachable, bruh. He tips his hat when he meets his friends, shakes their hand and everything. Probably pays for them when they swing by Starbucks to try that new frappuccino, says, "no problem."

Once I got that line I deleted all of Clipse and Pusha off my library. No way I can listen after that.

couldn’t agree any more, nana. Great thread and like always also a great read. Luckily many were already able to see through the bullshit early on so you had artists like vince staples for example already calling duppy the better diss just a week after adidons release. Truly amazes me how those people were right all along. Especially when i think about how sad and let down i felt when drake didn’t respond. But it was the right move, it always was. And that’s why he’s the greatest artist of all time, calculating his moves and looking way further than anybody else.

Just because Push had the big reveal, they claimed he won. Duppy is like fine wine though.

if you are not LOW IQ, Pusha can say that being approachable is a plus too, while belphegor still can’t count past 6, we all laugh at his role playing 656

Remember when all the drake haters said “drake used memes to beat meek. He really didn’t win” only for them to post memes and s*** in this battle 😂😂😂

Good read. Been agreeing with a lot of your recent posts here in drake sxn. You seem to be a real one

Duppy is a great track from the beat to the bars and the flow. Also shoutout 2b1s one time. Adidon wasnt that great to me apart from the shock value. Daytona still in rotation tho.

If Duppy was dropped on streaming services, drake wins
