Yooooo I had a revelation listening to lil baby lately. He's soooo similar to Carti. Plays all instruments, has a lot of range and they have very similar subject matter (sex,women, loneliness etc)
I think he’s under appreciated right now cause his last album wasn’t what many expected but he’s gonna make a comeback for sure

KTT praises it as a classic but the only thing I’ve heard of Carti’s is his verse on that Tyler track lol

class wariomy turn has a lot of filler and the mixing seems to inexplicably jump around from song to song. still a good album.
die lit is legit great but has an awful fan culture around it
Cause baby don’t just work with 1 engineer he works with different engineers depending on the recording session
