Iirc only Ken does this full time and that more so dead end studios and not the channel. Rod might be doing the channel distribution full time. The rest of the crew has their daytime jobs and pretty much does this as paid hobby. Last time their stats were available they pulled 10k/month on patreon which is enough to sustain a ~3-person team
