Someone here recommended Taipei Story. Last movie to really leave an impression w/ me.
Beautiful film. Jaw dropped when I saw this part
It's prolly cliche, but Parasite had me freaking the f*** out during the second half of the movie, when I watched it the first time.
Was fr expecting it to be some overhyped Sundance flick, then I ended up seeing it three times in the theaters
I'm seeing people write Blood Diamond what part of the white saviour movie blew you away lol
Death of Stalin
Never heard of it before, but found it on my Netflix randomly. Mostly historically accurate, super absurd, and ultimately pretty dark. I’d never had a movie make me both laugh and also contemplate life as much as this one did.
Parasite
Her
Room
Interstellar
The Prestige
The Usual Suspects
Minority Report
Just a few off the top.
Top 3 scifi
I watched a whole lotta movies with aliens in them, this really is the best

Bro I saw that when it came out in 70 mm IMAX the way Nolan intended it to be seen and I was literally shaken up by the end. Film is absolute genius - hope you have an amazing time

Yeah. I love how they used a giant ass ship instead of creatures. That actually looked more frightening. Annihilation is also good
Terrible
Did you find the film comedic at all? If not I could get not enjoying it
