Impulse buying, online shopping and getting a package in the mail like once a week was the easiest rush for me, but it wasn’t sustainable. I got to the point that I was just buying dumb s*** and it took until my account hit negatives to get my s*** together.

It's really easy to spot things you're addicted to now but think of something you've stopped doing. Like me YouTube, Toxic Relationships, Painkillers and Soda

P*** and weed were the easiest to quit. Slowed down my drinking, still vape, and still pop bars. Need to quit bars ASAP but its the actual devil.

Lifelong nailbiter and it's f***ing gross awful habit but my doctor did tell me one positive is that it brings up your pain tolerance and really strengthens your immune system. From constantly Ripping out nails to all the germs you get in your body.
