If a concept is put there by the artist then it’s part of the album, a commercial is very different
i get what youre saying but idk how much this comparison can really apply due to the repeat nature of consuming music vs movies that people only watch once (or a few times max if theyre a huge fan)

I don’t like shoving skits into songs sure. Interludes and seperate tracks makes more sense. But to say albums shouldn’t have concepts is dumb.

Yeah like the first half is really dope and then some mid happens.. Thats how I feel about the CHA CHING CHA CHING part in the Gwen Steffani "Luxurious" song. Always f***ing ruins it for me. You were doing so well and u just came with some dumb f***ing break down part that just made me hit skip.
