Hov and Nas 1a and 1b lol this has been an incredible run by Esco, surreal feeling from listening to Stillmatic when it first came out to KD3 20 years later

krishna boundis the stretch of releases from KD-KD3 one of the greatest post-prime (just chronologically not meant as an insult) album runs by an older rapper ever? a stretch of releases like this 3 DECADES into his career is nuts

Id even go as far to say Nas is in his 2nd prime right now.

This run feels like a real victory lap for sure. Its hard to find anything to really hate on with KD3 too,super solid album. To call this another prime for Nas is bold but wouldn't be an overstatement either.

Yea,damn near 50 and still killing,he's in another prime. Nas's rapping style/ability gonna keep him in the game for awhile. Like Nas said,he's a ghetto reporter,he raps about what he knows/sees.

memes aside, i remember someone saying like Nas and Ye wasn't even on the same studio when he did the 7-track joint back in 2018, because that Nas is NOT the same Nas of the KD's run

MM&TBS was my RAOTY and nothing was topping it until this album.
Incredible rap album. Honestly might be Nas’s 4th best album after Illmatic, IWW & The Lost Tapes 1.

Em didn’t completely destroy the song but his verse wasn’t needed. I’m happy it happened organically but we would’ve been better off with a Hov, Ross or Scarface verse on a different song.

Hearing KD3 having no features was the best news we’ve gotten in a long time and people still were complaining. The last thing we needed was a mid verse blemishing this greatness.
