It’s kind of Eerie how Nas sounds like Gods Son era Nas on this. It legit sounds like he kidnapped 2002 Nas and made him recorded verses for this.

KD1 for example was still pretty good, but you could hear Nas aged on it. Here, he sounds 20 years younger. Same thing on Magic.

Nas not releasing the album he had planned in 2016/2017 was the right decision. The best of the batch went on The Lost Tapes 2 and they weren’t that great honestly.

It’s hard to explain, but his voice just sounded older. Like he was still rapping well but he sounded his age. Nas on KD3 and Magic sounds years younger in comparison.
