nas has a track with fivio foreign that leaked a while back
need them to release it asap
Two months and Nas still right.
This generation got the consistency of asswater after a long night of eating leftover Taco Bell from the dumpster out back.
Pretty much the comment I expect Nas to make. The only thing I didnt understand was his NAV cosign years back
Navs a goat
lmao what was i on itt
had to be high

Why would Nas not f*** with the modern day Gandhi
Nas is just not amazed by anyone nowadays which is fair, he's not hating, he likes a lot of new songs. Most ppl who have been listening to hip hop for a long time feel the same way.
The better question is, what can rappers do to amaze a pioneer and an OG like Nas?
Also the interviewer shoved Pop Smoke in Nas' face lol @op
Interviews must be annoying for someone like Nas lol, he always gets asked what he thinks of other rappers and just answers "he's dope", "he's talented" and moves on to the next topic. He's not gonna speak his mind openly again at least until he's very old cuz ppl are too sensitive.

I wonder how in touch he is with the scene these days, more so the underground artists that are delivering some real quality, woods, ka, roc etc. Would love to hear his opinion on these guys. But yeah the mainstream is what it is, it’s pretty underwhelming at the moment, 99% of what drops doesn't impress me at all so I feel him

Yeah we need a good interviewer, not someone who asks him about Pop Smoke lol

If he talks about mainstream, yeah, pretty much what you and aftermath said. If he digs to the underground scene and collab with artists like: Earl, billy woods, Boldy, Vince he would be satisfied. King's Disease too could have improved by calling them since I'm not returning much to the songs with Fivi, Sean and Durk, which are artists that didn't fit Nas message that much.
TL;DR Mysterious music is the answer.

tbh, nas doesn't listen to any of these new niggas. i love esco, but he's stuck in the 80's listening to his favs like slick rick, kool g rap, rakim, krs, etc.
Rap is in a very stale place and this is factoring in underground rap too. Mainstream rap is the same stagnant s*** it has been for years, a lot of these underground rappers sound like clones too. Like he said, you listen to it, it’s cool. Then it’s like okay and you have no interest in it anymore
So...... so wrong
I mean generations will always protect their form of Hip Hop against the following forms.

Literally the only complaint I have about KD was the features, even though they don’t put in a bad showing, they still shouldn’t have been anywhere near the album

Do y'all think Nas is hip to that underground s***? Maybe he heard Alfredo at least once since it was Grammy nominated, if he did then he probably wasn't too impressed with it, but we know he generally f***s with Alch as a producer. He also has a pic with Boldy and other Griselda members, but I thought it was probably more of a fan meeting his idol thing. @Aftermath
