Nas got so much s*** for constantly working with Salaam Remi though back in the day lol. That’s when the bad beat selection s*** started. His fans were relieved to see Salaam Remi wasn’t present much on Life Is Good. Hasnt really worked with him since. I do think the production on the albums that Salaam Remi mainly produced are underrated though. Some of them have aged pretty good.

That’s cuz 90% of Salaam Remi’s beats are either boring or ass

Ehh, I grew up on all of the Nas albums with Salaam Remi production on them, and honestly I could care less about hearing another Nas x Salaam Remi song ever again lol

At this point in his career, I like what Nas is doing now, working with more modern producers that gives him and updated sound that keeps up with the times. I ain't gonna lie though, I would still love for him to work with Alchemist sometime in the future as well.

A fully produced Nas x Alchemist project would be beautiful.

Yep agreed, tbh as far as Nas goes there’s 3 producers I’d like to see him do a full length with
1) NoID, his work on LIG was epic and 4:44 showed what he can do over a full length
2) primo, may be “past his prime” but still a must
3) Alchemist, while I want this I don’t think it’ll be as good as the other 2 it could be
