sunny LA remember calls with Dr. Dre he told me don’t let the palm trees fool you be safe - Nas
It’s 2021, we getting new Nas and Kanye albums on the same day and apparently both are great. What a time to be alive, we’re truly blessed
Ppl call Nicki and Megan the best female rapper when Lauryn is still spitting like this
Those people don't like rap music
They're here for the moment and champion the obvious popular rappers because they appear to be successful - pop culture stans
Especially on ktt - I feel like 99% of posters chiming in on female rap never listened to an entire female rap album let alone those that came before their time
They just repeat popular opinions because they have no clue but still want to be apart of the conversation imo
really? No way! those are my faves on KD1 😅
Lol just different generations I think bro, I just can’t get with an autotune rapper unless it’s future

Truth
Great album at first listen. Eminem feature was the obvious low point and I didn’t really care for YKTV. Other than that, I really liked it. And Hitboy killed the production on this
Modern Eminem verses like that usually annoy me but honestly I thought it worked well, he toned down his obnoxious tendencies slightly and just sounded like he was having fun getting to rap on a Nas track.

Yeah, I’ll give him that. Still think the feature only makes the song/album worse

Yeah probably don’t get me wrong I love my og hip hop but when it’s mixed with new school but done right. I appreciate it
Said it before but I never knew I would love nas over this type of production. Hit boy and him tapped into sum different
All Nas ever needed was good beats.
this cannot be understated, counts for most 90s rappers
