Its like 25% a bit and 75% genuine documentary. Sure we all know , even the civilians in the show, its for entertainment. Nathan the goat tho because he knows how to be genuine in his ideas for you. As crazy as they seem pretty much every research subject ,including himself, if they drop their guard and give in to the experiment has seen positive change. Though need a followup on moudi (sp?) and his gf. Def seems like he pushed their already rocky relationship over the edge.
