Atlantis did sink but they were so far advanced that they discovered a way to harness some energy that allows them to make an underwater bubble that contains them and they also cloak themselves from our sonar radars. The Bermuda Triangle is somehow connected to something they got going on down there, and I wouldn’t be surprised if they get energy from the core directly right there which would help to explain all the weird energy and electrical signatures they get that messes with boat electronics and stuff.
