You'll need a friend playing in the neighborhood. First create the player and get far enough in the story to be able to go to the neighborhood. Whatever file you use last of the one being edited. Then follow the vid:

This the most fun I’ve had with MyTeam ever. They’re heading in the right direction with the mode. I use to mainly play mycareer but I can’t stop playing MyTeam.

Offline content cool but the evo grind while cool and engaging promotes cheese and exploiting stuff to get the points/other stats

The rewards this year player wise is nice
