Gameplay actually isn’t bad (as someone that hasn’t played 2k in about 9 months)

I like all the small movements they added that make it feel more real ?? Like the off the ball movement and the dribbling animations also the jump shots feel better

I like that they finally like added like the “smokeyness” of arena lighting ?? Like how when u watch it on tv certain arenas have that

Still need specific lighting and stadium atmosphere tho all arenas look exactly the same still NBA2k10 and NBAlive16 did this WAYYYY better than any modern 2k, it’s really just small stuff

Player models look and feel thinner and more like basketball players in how they move and look

Only huge negatives is that it’s still 2k the player models are creepy asf to me and the game feels slow and robotic

Off ball offensive player AI needs huge upgrades

Game is infinitely better as an offline player cause you can tweak sliders and tendencies to get almost exactly what you're looking for out of the game.

I feel like they give out MVP points to make it look like you earning something when tbh you not. Notice how most quests don’t give VC but they give you MVP points like candy.

And when they do give you VC it’s crumbs you can barely afford anything with.

a build cost almost 500k VC to max this year lol. Which is an increase from last year

AND they reduced the amount of VC you get from beating the main quest too
