    Listened to the one about history being fake and the Roman Empire s*** was kinda crazy

    I've heard about that one a few times. The idea of it is crazy but it seems like a theory that you would be able to poke too many holes into it.

    Basically that there’s an old Roman painting or statue or something and it has a pineapple in it, even though Europe only discovered pineapples in the 17th century after going to South America

    distinctly recall montaigne mentioning pineapples as a decorative element for royal / noble feasts and he was writing in the 16th century
