    Magic & Bird = Biggie & 2Pac

    brought hip hop/NBA to new level of popularity, Death Row & Bad Boy = Celtics & Lakers

    Jordan = Jay Z

    The GOAT

    Nas = Tim Duncan

    Substance over style at its finest

    Allen Iverson = Eminem

    against all odds became one of the most legendary, respected, and influential ever

    Shaq = 50 Cent

    absolute beast, dominated the game like no one else ever did

    Kobe = Kanye

    protege of the GOAT, desire and will to be great like none other

    LeBron = Drake

    somehow completely smashed the extremely high expectations and hype surrounding him, arguably will be the GOAT when all said and done.

    KD = Travis Scott

    extremely talented, KD's didn't reach that next level of greatness until he joined the most stacked team in NBA history and Travis didn't reach that next level of popularity until he got that Kylie Jenner stimulus

    wayne literally fits Kobe better than any other rapper bra lmao, kobe takes a lot of difficult shots, that can equate to the amount of projects wayne makes, when he’s bad he’s BAD but when he’s great it’s like nothing ever seen before lmao, and you say MJ is HOV, jay literally influenced jay heavily down to the way he raps, HOV didn’t influence kanye like that, but he was a big hand in his success lol

    Nah Kobe being a bad shot taker but still willing himself to be a GOAT player is equivalent to Kanye not being a great rapper but still willing himself to be a GOAT rap artist. Also they both embody not being scared to be extra and going as hard as possible to be great

    Also Kobe treated the game like high level art, same with Kanye.

    Also all the injuries Kobe fought through and the bad publicity from the breakup with Shaq and his rape case and how the NBA tried to prematurely replace him with LeBron as the golden boy but he came back from all of that and reached another level of greatness dropping 81 and going on a 2-3 year scoring run like none other and becoming the Black Mamba is equivalent to all the bad press Kanye has gone through and how he comes back each time and how after Swiftgate it looked like the game was gonna replace him prematurely with Drake but then he came back with MBDTF and WTT

    And i'm not even gonna go into how Kanye literally tried to singlehandley keep the Roc A Fella dynasty alive during the college trilogy and how much homage he paid to Jay during the college trilogy

    Saying Jay didn't influence Kanye like that is laughable

    Jay definitely influenced Wayne but Jordan influenced a whole generation too, its what GOATs do

    you'll see their DNA in a bunch of people that came after them

    so then what player wayne fit?

    Wade? idk tbh best one i could think of

    no one expected Wade to become a GOAT when he got drafted or win a chip as soon as he did

    Before it actually happened no one expected the 2nd or 3rd most popular Hot Boy to become a legit pop superstar and become legit the Best and Hottest rapper in the game

    nah LeBron was super hyped coming in and was crowned as the GOAT early on because of his insane skillset (score like Jordan, pass like Magic)

    Drake was super hyped and crushed the game because of his insane skillset (""Mike never tried to rap like Pac. Pac never tried to sing like Mike" )

    how does Kanye = LeBron?

    great at a lot of things. sees the game differently than someone like jay z. one of the greatest IQ's for the sport.
